When an ancient black book resurfaces after decades of being lost, its pages reveal detailed accounts of supernatural creatures, forgotten rituals, secret hunter societies, and cases that were deliberately erased from history. Every entry seems to predict a new series of brutal supernatural deaths occurring across the country.

As hunters race to uncover who wrote the book and why it was hidden, they discover that the stories inside aren't simply records of the past.
