Letitia Hill is a chronic illness advocate, survivor, speaker, and woman of faith whose life has been shaped by resilience, perseverance, and purpose. At age thirty-five, Letitia’s life changed dramatically when she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. In the years that followed, her journey expanded to include lupus, a heart attack, brain aneurysms, multiple surgeries, and countless medical challenges that tested her faith, strength, and determination. Through every diagnosis, setback, hospital stay, and recovery, she discovered a powerful truth: illness may affect the body, but it does not define the soul. What began as a journey of survival became a journey of transformation, purpose, and hope. Today, Letitia uses her voice to encourage individuals facing chronic illness, invisible disabilities, caregiving responsibilities, and life’s unexpected challenges. She is passionate about helping others recognize their strength, embrace their purpose, and hold onto hope during difficult seasons. As an advocate and survivor, Letitia believes that a diagnosis is not an identity, pain does not cancel purpose, and every person’s story still has value and meaning. Her mission is simple: to remind others that they are more than their diagnosis, stronger than they realize, and never alone in their journey. Still Here is her testimony of faith, resilience, healing, and purpose—a story of God’s grace through every chapter and proof that even in life’s darkest moments, hope remains. By the grace of God, she is still here.
