Retired teacher Logan Chase invests his late wife’s savings to revive the long-shuttered Burleigh Hardware on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, only to discover the old store is very much alive with ghosts. What begins as harmless hauntings quickly escalates into dangerous supernatural chaos, from rogue animatronics to creatures assembled from scrap lumber. With the help of his sharp-tongued, clairvoyant assistant Mallory Daniels and an unlikely team of librarian turned ghost hunters, Logan must uncover the truth behind a restless spirit tied to a century-old injustice. To save the store, and the town, they must finally pardon the ghosts of Burleigh.
