It isn't.

Sometimes it's walking away.

Sometimes it's refusing to let someone else's betrayal define your worth.

It's a harmless prank that reminds a person they should have treated you better in the first place.

I never believed in cruelty.

Life had already shown me enough of that.

But I did believe in consequences.
